Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

If you are unable to attend a lesson or lessons, you may request to reschedule the booked lesson or lessons. If approved, you will be able to select a new time per Mr. Harrell’s current availability. Cancellation as opposed to rescheduling of a booked lesson or lessons by a registered student will however result in a 15% cancellation fee paid in respect of the cancelled lesson or lessons.

You may cancel your lesson up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. After that, you will forfeit payment unless other arrangements are made.

What happens if Mr. Harrell’s internet connection or my internet connection goes down during a lesson?

We understand that technology and internet connections are never 100 percent reliable and the goal is to make sure each student is satisfied with the lesson. To that end, if connection issues or related technical difficulties that are beyond the control of either party arise during your lesson, we will reschedule a make-up time at no additional cost and per Mr. Harrell’s availability.

Can I record the lesson and publish online?

Recording lessons without obtaining written permission is not permitted. We are considering the option of making lessons available for students to access via a password protected archive. If you are interested in such a service, please let us know.
